During the next 24 hours, there will be rain in many districts of Gujarat including South West Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Telangana, interior Tamil Nadu as well as Kerala and northeastern states. There is also a possibility of rain in Lakshadweep including Andaman and Nicobar Islands. Monsoon may knock over Andaman on 19th. There is also a possibility of a low pressure forming in the Bay of Bengal which will gradually strengthen and take the form of depression.
