This news spread throughout the state and country, after which Madhya Pradesh Agriculture Minister Kamal Patel also reached to meet the farmer.

Let us tell you that the name of the farmer who has earned Rs 8 crore from tomato sales is Madhusudan Dhakad, who has been doing farming for the last 14 years. By bringing innovation in his farming, he earned 7-8 crore rupees from tomato cultivation. It is worth mentioning that Dhakad Ji cultivates chilli, ginger and capsicum along with tomato in his 150 acres of fields.

The Madhya Pradesh government is also helping the farmers of its area. At present, the survey work is being done to give the compensation amount. After assessing the crop damage, the compensation amount will also be given to the farmers soon.

According to media reports, Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that “the state government will give financial assistance of Rs 25,000 to the farmers who have destroyed 50 percent of their crops in the recent hailstorm for the marriage of their daughters.” will also provide facility to avail loan.
