Cold waves and cold days continue to wreak havoc in Punjab, Haryana, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh. There is still dense fog in the Ganga plains due to which the day temperatures are low. A new Western Disturbance will affect the mountains from January 16. There will be snowfall in the higher mountains and rain is possible in the lower areas. Now there is a possibility of a decline in the temperatures of Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat and Maharashtra.
