Hot and dry winds blowing from northwest and west will now increase the temperature in Rajasthan, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh and Maharashtra including Punjab, Delhi, Haryana, and Uttar Pradesh and severe heatwave. There is a possibility of heavy rain in the northeastern states. Space Tamil Nadu, Kerala and Karnataka including Andaman and Nicobar Islands are also likely to receive good rain. Light rain may occur over West Bengal, Orissa, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
