From the month of March pre-monsoon activities start and a dust storm starts over North-West India. At present, minimum temperatures will form over North West Central and East India. The day will also remain warm. Rain is expected at isolated places over Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Lakshadweep Andaman and the Nicobar Islands.
