Strong northwesterly cold winds are bringing down the day temperature. Day temperatures have dropped over Northwest, North and Central India. The temperature continues to drop in East India as well. Rain is possible at many places over India, West Bengal, Orissa and the Northeast. Heavy snowfall is possible once again on the mountains.
