Light rains may occur on the southern coasts of Karnataka including southern interior Karnataka. No major western disturbance will come over the mountains during the next two-three days. Surface winds are blowing from the east in North India. Night temperatures have fallen slightly in most northern and central states, but the day is still hot. Air pollution still remains in the dangerous category in many districts of North India.
