Government will assist Rs 5 per liter on cow milk, cattle farmers will benefit

Government will assist Rs 5 per liter on cow milk

Most of the farmers doing animal husbandry often sell their cow’s milk to big dairy firms at low prices. Due to this, farmers sometimes suffer losses. Because of these problems of the farmers, the Maharashtra government is now going to provide the help of Rs 5 per liter milk to the farmers of its state. The government wants to promote animal husbandry among farmers through this help.

Farmers in Maharashtra have been seen many times protesting against the low price of milk. However, such farmers will benefit by getting the help of Rs 5 per liter of milk. The state government has described this announcement as a big revolutionary step for animal husbandry farmers. The State Dairy Development Minister has announced that “a subsidy of Rs 5 per liter will be given to milk producers for cow milk collected through cooperative milk unions. This scheme will be implemented only through cooperative milk producer organizations in the state. Will be implemented.”
