There is dense fog in North India but there may be relief from fog after 24 hours. A new Western Disturbance will reach the mountains on December 30, which may cause snowfall in the mountains and also light rain. Maximum and minimum temperatures are likely to remain normal. Rain in Chhattisgarh including eastern Rajasthan, and Madhya Pradesh to southern Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand and Orissa will start from December 30 and last till January 3.
