Winters have now started wreaking havoc across the country. At some places, dense fog is troubling us; at other places, the cold is increasing due to cold waves, rain and snowfall. However, there seems to be some relief from the cold in the plains. Due to the latest western disturbance, the minimum temperature is increasing in many states including Delhi and Uttar Pradesh. The minimum temperature of the capital Delhi may increase by 3 points to 9 degrees Celsius today and the maximum temperature may be recorded at 23 degrees Celsius. However, dense fog will be seen here. Along with this, an increase in pollution can also be seen.
