18th installment of PM Kisan Yojana released, crores of farmers benefited

Before the start of festivals, the government has given a big gift to the farmers. Recently, the 18th installment of Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana was released by the government in the bank accounts of the farmers. Let us tell you that this time more than 9.4 crore farmers across the country have received financial assistance of more than Rs 20,000 crore through DBT.

As you already know that through this special scheme of the central government, an installment of Rs 2 thousand is given to the farmers every four months. This amount is transferred directly to the bank accounts of the farmers. In this way, a total amount of Rs 6,000 is sent to the farmers’ account every year. A storm may form in the Arabian Sea, know which states will be affected by it

If it forms a storm, it will be named DANA. This name has been given by Qatar. Good rain will continue in South India including Tamil Nadu during the next few days. There is also a possibility of good rain in the northeastern states. There may be showers or thunderstorms in southern Punjab and northwestern Rajasthan.

Farmers will get 80 thousand rupees for purchasing two indigenous breed cows

The government runs many types of schemes to promote animal husbandry along with farming. Through these schemes, farmers are able to take care of their animals easily and also earn a good amount. Recently, the Uttar Pradesh government has started an initiative to give subsidy on cow rearing to help the cattle rearers of the state. This initiative of the government is actually being taken for the protection of cows. Under this scheme, help will be provided to the cattle rearers every month.

Under this scheme, this facility will be made available to the cattle rearers of the state for the rearing of up to 4 cows. Under this, the cattle rearer will be given Rs 50 per day for each animal. Accordingly, every month the cattle rearer can get up to 6 thousand rupees for 4 cows. The cattle rearers of the state can join the Chief Minister’s Sahyog Yojana to avail the benefits of this scheme. For this, animal farmers can contact the animal husbandry department of their area or the veterinary hospital.

Strong system will form over Bay of Bengal, heavy rain warning in many states

A low pressure area may soon form over southern Bangladesh and the adjoining north-west Bay of Bengal region. It will move in the northwest direction and due to its effect, many districts of West Bengal, Jharkhand and Bihar will receive heavy rains. There is also a possibility of torrential rains in Bangladesh and north-eastern states including Sikkim. Good rains may continue in many districts of Maharashtra, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and Kerala. There is also a possibility of light rain in Haryana, Delhi and western Uttar Pradesh on October 6. Temperatures in most areas of northwest and central India remain above normal. The weather in the mountains will remain almost clear.

Women will get subsidy of up to 8 lakhs on drone purchase, avail benefits soon

Government will give 15000 drones to women farmers for use in farming

The contribution of women in the agriculture sector is not publicized much, although women have always contributed to farming activities. Many types of schemes are being run by the government to fulfill the objective of women getting recognition in the agriculture sector, making them empowered and self-reliant. One of these schemes is ‘Drone Didi Yojana’ through which women will be given agricultural drones on subsidy and training will also be given to operate drones.

Let us tell you that under the ‘Drone Didi Yojana’ run by the Government of India, about 3000 women associated with self-help groups will be provided subsidy up to Rs 10 lakh on purchasing drones. Apart from this, under this scheme, free training will also be given to fly drones by the Agriculture Department or Krishi Vigyan Kendra so that women can fly drones easily.

Both subsidy and loan can be availed through this scheme. It is worth noting that up to 80% of the total cost of the drone (8 lakh rupees) will be provided as subsidy, while for the remaining amount, women can take a loan from the AIF scheme at an interest rate of 3%.

Women farmers of Uttar Pradesh, Maharashtra and Karnataka will get the benefit of this scheme. To avail the benefits of the scheme, women can contact any of their nearest agriculture department offices or KVK.

A new low pressure area will cause heavy rain in many states

On October 4, a new low pressure area will form in the North West Bay of Bengal. This will be the first low pressure area to be formed after the monsoon. Due to its effect, heavy rains will occur in the North Eastern states as well as Bangladesh, Gangetic West Bengal, Odisha and Jharkhand and surrounding areas. On the other hand, monsoon has withdrawn from many districts of Gujarat including Punjab, Haryana, Delhi, Western Uttar Pradesh, Northern Madhya Pradesh, most areas of Rajasthan including the mountains. Dry winds from the North West direction will reach North West and Central India, due to which monsoon will withdraw from some more areas in the next two days. Most of the states of South India will receive good rains. Rain activities may also increase in Maharashtra.
