Control measures of thrips in watermelon

The nymph and adult thrips insect, suck the cell sap by scraping the leaves of watermelon plants, on the soft stalk, buds and flowers of the plant, it becomes curly because of thrips infestation. Due to its effect, the plants remain stunted.
To control thrips, spray Lambda Cyhalothrin 4.9% CS @ 200 ml/acre or Profenophos 50% EC @ 500 ml/acre or Fipronil 5% SC @ 400 ml/acre at 15 days interval.
Use the pesticide at an interval of 15 days.

Farmers will get eighth installment of PM Kisan Yojana as Holi Gift

Many schemes are being run by the central government to make the farmers prosperous. One of the main schemes is the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana. Financial assistance is provided to the farmers through this scheme. Under this scheme financial assistance of Rs 6000 is given in 3 installments every year and three installments of Rs 2000-2000 are sent to the bank account of the farmers.

Let us know that this time, before the festival of Holi, eighth installment of Rs 2000 will be sent to the account of the farmers. A total of 11.71 crore farmers have been added under this scheme till 12 March 2021. Under this scheme, the government is also preparing to remove the names of those farmers who are not eligible to take advantage.

To control insect infestation, spray Acetamiprid @ 20% SP@ 100 gram/acre
As a biological control, use Beauveria Bassiana @ 250 gram/acre.
Spray of Carbendazim 12% + Mancozeb 63% @ 300 gram/acre for control of fungal diseases
Use Pseudomonas fluorescens @ 250 gram/acre as a biological control of fungal diseases
For good crop growth and development, use vigormaxx gel @ 400 gram/acre + 19: 19: 19 @ 1 kg / acre as spray.
