Eligibility for the scheme

Under this scheme, small and marginal farmers, landless labourers, oral tenants, sharecroppers, and families working as tenants will be benefitted. However, only a maximum of 10 members from each group will be able to get the group loan, which will be given a maximum of Rs 2 lakh individually. Apart from this, eligible rural families will also be selected by the District Collector.

For non-agriculture loans under the scheme, the applicant must have a bank account, Aadhar card, or Janadhar and Kisan card. On the other hand, in the absence of a Kisan Credit Card, KCC will be issued for the applicant, for which no separate fee will be charged.
