The problem of burning the maximum stubble occurs in Haryana. This time along with the planting of paddy, a plan has also been made for better disposal of its stubble. Agriculture and Farmers Welfare Minister Jai Prakash Dalal has told that this time farmers can get financial benefits from stubble, so they should not even think of burning stubble.

Those farmers who will execute the stubble in any micro, small or medium enterprise or in other industrial units, will get an incentive of Rs 1000 per acre. The government has fixed a budget of Rs 230 crore for this scheme.

Before using sulphur, it should be kept in mind that it is necessary to have sufficient moisture in the field, in case of less rainfall, light irrigation must be done after using sulphur.
