This time the departure of the monsoon is likely to be delayed. This will be the third consecutive year that the monsoon will depart late. Rain will continue over many parts of Gujarat and Madhya Pradesh including South East and South Rajasthan till the end of September. Monsoon will remain active over Northwest and East India for the next two to three days.
