Get polyhouse and shade net installed at half the cost, government is giving bumper subsidy

High-Tech Horticulture Scheme

Nowadays farmers are earning more profit than before by farming with polyhouse and shade net techniques. However, many farmers face financial challenges in using these techniques. With the aim of reducing these challenges a bit, the Bihar government is providing subsidy of up to 50% on farming with polyhouse and shade net through “High-Tech Horticulture Scheme”.

Under this scheme, the farmers of the state will get subsidy of up to 50% on the unit cost of Rs 935 per square meter for setting up polyhouse and Rs 710 per square meter for shade net.

Let us tell you that by farming in polyhouse, the crop does not face any problem from seasonal disasters like strong sunlight, harsh cold and strong winds and the crop remains safe. Apart from this, the yield is also good and the farmer earns more profit.

Farming with shade net also helps in protecting the plants from the extreme heat and ultraviolet rays of the sun. Due to this, moisture remains in the soil, due to which the plants grow rapidly.

However, if you also want to take advantage of this scheme, then for this go to the official website of the Horticulture Department of the Government of Bihar and apply after getting complete information about the scheme.

Get solar pumps installed in the fields at 75 percent subsidy

Many types of schemes are being run by the central and state governments with the aim of strengthening the economic condition of the farmers. In this series, the Rajasthan government is running the “Solar Pump Subsidy Scheme” to solve the irrigation related problems of the farmers of its state. Through this scheme, farmers installing solar pumps can avail subsidy up to 60%.

At present, the Rajasthan government has started this scheme in 4 districts of the state. These four districts are Bikaner, Sriganganagar, Hanumangarh and Anupgarh. This scheme is being run under the Indira Gandhi Canal Project. Let us tell you that under this scheme, 60% of the total expenditure on the solar pump will be borne as government subsidy, while the remaining 40% amount will have to be spent by the farmer. If this amount is not available with the farmer, then he can also take a bank loan of up to 30%. A pact has been made with Rotomag Motors and Control Private Limited for loan service.
