The government is introducing various schemes to generate new employment opportunities in rural areas. As part of this initiative, the use of drones in agriculture is being promoted to create jobs for rural youth. To support this, the Madhya Pradesh Agricultural Engineering Directorate will train aspiring youth for a “Drone Pilot License.” This training program is scheduled to begin on 25 November 2024, and applications are now open for interested candidates.
Youth who wish to become drone pilots and receive training to obtain a license can apply online by submitting the required documents. To apply, visit farmer.mpdage.org, where all details related to the scheme are available. For additional information, you may also contact the Krishi Yantri office in your district.
