Monsoon has broken, and due to its effect, there will be almost no rain in the states like Punjab, Haryana, Delhi, Rajasthan, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra and Chhattisgarh. Monsoon is likely to remain very weak over South India as well. Heavy rains are likely over the northeastern states including the northwestern districts of Uttar Pradesh, Terai districts of Bihar and northern parts of West Bengal. Light to moderate rain is also likely over the mountains. It will be cloudy in Delhi, and dry winds will blow from the west, but the chances of rain are very less.
