Cold winds blowing from the snow-laden mountains will bring down the temperature of more than half of India. In Rajasthan, the mercury may be below zero, in Haryana also the temperature may be around zero. From the 19th, the new Western Disturbance will give snowfall on the mountains and the temperature of the plains will start rising. There are chances of rain in Punjab, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Delhi, North Madhya Pradesh and North Rajasthan from January 23 and 24.
