Scattered rain over East Uttar Pradesh and Bihar and rain activities will increase slightly over Northeast states. A weak Western Disturbance can give light rain and light snow over the mountains. Cold winds from the north will keep the day and night temperatures below normal over Punjab, Haryana, Delhi, West Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Gujarat and Madhya Pradesh. The depression passing through the Bay of Bengal is now coming over Sri Lanka. Heavy rains may occur over South Tamil Nadu including Sri Lanka.
