Heavy rain continues in many states of South India. Record-breaking rainfall was also recorded in Bangalore. A new Western Disturbance will give light rain over the mountains but severe heat will start over Delhi, Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat and Maharashtra. Rains will continue over northeastern states.
