A low pressure area is going to form again in the Bay of Bengal, due to its effect heavy rains are likely in Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka and Kerala. The outbreak of cold wave remains in North India. Frost is falling in Punjab including Rajasthan and Haryana. Temperatures are also below normal in Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh including Delhi. There will be no snowfall in the mountains right now but the temperature will remain very low.
