The fourth cyclone of this year and the second post-monsoon Cyclone Fengal is forming in the Bay of Bengal. Heavy rains are falling on the eastern coast of Sri Lanka, while heavy rains are continuing in the coastal districts of Tamil Nadu. This storm will move forward along the coast of Tamil Nadu and by reaching near Chennai, it will weaken and become a deep depression again by November 30. On November 29, a new Western Disturbance will come over the mountains, which will bring snowfall in the mountains. The weather of the rest of India will remain dry. On November 29 and 30, light rain may also occur on the coasts of Odisha including Andhra Pradesh.
