The continuous Western Disturbance will continue to cause heavy snowfall in the mountains. There will be rain in Uttar Pradesh including Punjab and Haryana from January 31. There is a possibility of light rain in Delhi and North Rajasthan also. Hail may also occur at isolated places in the northern districts of Punjab and Haryana. There will be a slight increase in day and night temperatures, which may provide some relief from the cold. There may also be rain in West Bengal, Jharkhand and Orissa from February 1.
