1. Livestock Insurance Scheme:

In the country, this scheme is being run for the farmers and other livestock farmers doing animal husbandry. The animals are insured under this scheme. If the animal dies due to any reason, in such a situation, a lump sum amount is provided to its guardian due to insurance.

2. Fodder Scheme:
The fodder development scheme is being run by the Department of Animal Husbandry, Dairying and Fisheries. The main objective of this scheme is to produce more fodder for animal feed. For which the central government helps other states.

3. Dairy Entrepreneurship Scheme:
Under this scheme, farmers are given a subsidy of up to 25% for setting up a dairy. On the other hand, up to 33% subsidy is provided to the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe farmers.

4. National Dairy Plan:
National Dairy Scheme is being run in 18 states, whose main objective is to increase the number of milch animals and meet the increasing demand in the market.
