Hot and strong winds are continuously blowing from the west which are not allowing the temperature to fall. Eastern India The monsoon is eager to advance and it may start advancing from 19th or 20th. Heavy to very heavy rains can cause flood-like situation in Assam and Meghalaya, there is a great risk of flood here. It is more visible.
