Due to dense fog, a sharp drop in day temperature has been recorded in Punjab, Haryana, Delhi and western Uttar Pradesh including northern Rajasthan. Now mild cold has started during the day as well. From November 23, a new Western Disturbance will come on the mountains, due to which rain and snowfall may start there. From November 27, icy winds will further drop the temperature of North and Central India. Heavy rain is expected in Lakshadweep including southern Tamil Nadu and Kerala.
