The second consecutive low pressure is about to form in the Bay of Bengal. It will move towards Tamil Nadu and give rain over South India including Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Nadu. The Western Disturbance has moved ahead, now the new Western Disturbance will reach the mountains on November 19 and will give rain and snowfall. Snowy winds will bring down the day and night temperatures in East India including North and Central India and increase in winter.
