A low-pressure area and a cyclonic circulation have formed in the Bay of Bengal. Due to the effect of these two, there may be heavy rains in Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Orissa and West Bengal. The low-pressure area will soon strengthen into a depression and then a deep depression. As of now, there is less possibility of it becoming a storm. Since the night of Diwali, air pollution has reached its peak in many cities of North India. The air quality in Delhi is in very poor condition.
