Unfortunately 13 people lost their lives due to heavy rain and lightning in many districts of Bihar. During the next two days, there is a possibility of rain with strong winds in Bihar, West Bengal, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Delhi, Punjab, Haryana and Odisha. There is also a possibility of hailstorm and lightning at some places. At the same time, the effect of heat wave will remain in many parts of southern Rajasthan and Gujarat. There is a possibility of snowfall along with rain in the Himalayan regions, due to which the weather may remain cold. Moreover, the deep low pressure area over the Bay of Bengal has now weakened into a low pressure area, which is expected to reduce the associated weather effects.
