Cold waves and frost outbreaks continue in some districts of Haryana and Rajasthan. Dense fog is still prevalent in the plains of North India due to which day temperatures remain below normal. Now the day temperatures will gradually increase but the minimum temperatures may go down significantly. From January 16, a new western disturbance may cause snowfall in the mountains.
