In many states including Delhi, the minimum temperature continuously falls and frost occurs in the morning. A light blanket of snow has settled in the fields. A new Western Disturbance may give light snowfall in the mountains on January 13. After this, another western disturbance will cause snowfall between the 16th and 18th of January.
