Monsoon will be sluggish for the next 4 days, severe heat likely in half of India

After 24 hours, rain activity will decrease in Karnataka and Telangana including Maharashtra, monsoon will slow down a bit. Monsoon will remain weak for the next four days, but monsoon will now start moving slowly in eastern India. Hot winds blowing from the west will cause severe heat in Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan including Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, North Madhya Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand, Gangetic West Bengal and Odisha. Monsoon may gain momentum again from 17-18 June.
