There is a possibility of heavy rain in the northeastern states including East Rajasthan including Punjab, Haryana, Delhi, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand, West Bengal and Orissa. A state of red alert is being created in Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand.
