The farewell of the monsoon has started. Now the rain activities will stop in Punjab, Haryana, Delhi, Rajasthan, Gujarat including Uttar Pradesh and Bihar. Rain will continue over South Madhya Pradesh and over Maharashtra. Monsoon will also depart from Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh on October 8 or 9.
