In the next four-five days, the activities of rain will increase all over India. Flood-like situations with heavy rains may occur in the coastal districts of Gujarat, Karnataka and Maharashtra. Rains will also intensify in Bihar and West Bengal including Delhi, Punjab, Haryana, Madhya Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh including many districts of Rajasthan. Torrential rains will continue in the northeastern states, and rains will also occur in South India but their intensity will be less than the rest of the states. Rain activities may again increase from Kashmir to Himachal Pradesh, Ladakh and Uttarakhand. Light rain will occur over Andaman and Nicobar Islands and light rain over Lakshadweep.

Heavy rains are likely to create a flood-like situation in the coastal districts of Karnataka during the next 24 hours. Water logging is possible due to heavy rains in and around Mumbai on the 6th and 7th of July. On July 7 and 8, there will be torrential rains in many districts of Gujarat. Now rains will increase in Punjab, Haryana, Delhi and Rajasthan including Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh and Bihar. South India will also see some increase in rain activities. There may be heavy rains in the northeastern states.

After 24 hours, rain activities will increase in Rajasthan, Punjab, Haryana, Delhi, West Uttar Pradesh and West Madhya Pradesh. A cyclonic circulation will form in the Arabian Sea off the coast of Karnataka, under whose influence there may be torrential rains during the next 24 to 48 hours. The rain activities will extend to South Gujarat including Coastal Karnataka and there will be heavy rains. Good rains are also likely over the northeastern states including East Uttar Pradesh and Bihar.

Rain activities will reduce over many parts of Maharashtra including Punjab, Haryana, Delhi, West Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Gujarat, and West Madhya Pradesh during the next 2 days. There is a severe flood situation in Gujarat, it will get relief due to less rain. Monsoon will once again become active from July 5 or 6 and rain activities will increase in all these states. But during the next two-three days, rains will continue over northeastern states including East Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand, and East Madhya Pradesh as well as along Karnataka and Kerala coasts. Good rains are also possible over coastal parts of Maharashtra including some districts of Tamil Nadu.

Heavy rain is possible over Coastal Maharashtra, Coastal Karnataka and Kerala including East Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Vidarbha, Marathwada, Telangana and eastern districts of Gujarat. For the next two-three days, rains will remain weak in Bihar and North Jharkhand including the central and eastern districts of Uttar Pradesh, but from July 1, rain activities will increase here. Rains will continue over Delhi, Punjab and Haryana as well and rain activities will pick up pace from June 30. Landslides may occur due to torrential rains during the next two-three days in the mountains. Rain activities will now increase in most of the districts of Gujarat.
