A new western disturbance is reaching the mountains. Due to its effect, there is a possibility of rain and snowfall in some places in the mountains. Light to moderate rain may occur in many districts of Punjab and Haryana while rain is also possible in Ganganagar and Hanumangarh districts of northwest Rajasthan. There is a possibility of a drizzle in Delhi on the night of 9 November or the morning of 10 November. Torrential rains will continue in South India. A low-pressure area will soon form in the Arabian Sea.
