A cyclonic storm Jawad will soon form over the Bay of Bengal, which will move in a northwest direction and hit the coast of North Andhra Pradesh and South Odisha by the afternoon of December 4. There is a possibility of heavy rains in Machilipatnam East and West Godavari, Visakhapatnam, Vizianagaram and Srikakulam districts of Uttar Pradesh and Ganpati Ganjam Puri Gopalpur Cuttack Bhadrak districts of Odisha.

The deep low-pressure area formed in the Arabian Sea has now weakened. A new Low-Pressure Area has formed in the Bay of Bengal which will move westward and give heavy Rains over Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Nadu between November 25 and 28. Its impact will not be much on Telangana, Interior Karnataka, Interior Tamil Nadu and Kerala. Light to moderate rain may occur over these states.
