There will be no movement in the Bay of Bengal and the Arabian Sea for the next several days. Light Western Disturbance will continue to give rain and snow over the mountains. Once again from December 16, winter will increase in Punjab, Haryana, Delhi, Rajasthan, Gujarat, western Uttar Pradesh including Madhya Pradesh. Rain will continue over the Coastal parts of Andhra Pradesh including Tamil Nadu.

Cyclonic Storm Jawad has weakened and now remains as a Deep Low-Pressure Area over Bangladesh and Northeast States. For this reason, there is a possibility of heavy rain in the northeastern states during the next 24 hours. Snowfall continued on the mountains till December 6 under the influence of a western disturbance. The Western Disturbance will further affect the mountains on December 8 and 9.
