The monsoon line has now reached North India, heavy rains have started in many districts of Uttar Pradesh and Bihar. Now soon there may be torrential rains over the mountains including Punjab, Haryana, and Delhi. Rainfall will reduce significantly over most parts of West Madhya Pradesh and Maharashtra including many districts of Rajasthan and Gujarat. Jharkhand West Bengal Orissa Chhattisgarh East Madhya Pradesh including South India may receive good rains.

Kulfa has been placed in the list of medicinal plants. According to experts, antioxidants and carotenoids are found in abundance in its leaves and fruits, which are very beneficial for the body. For this reason, it is in great demand in the medical field. In such a situation, good income can be earned through the cultivation of Kulfa.

Choosing the right soil and season for farming

Kulfa can be cultivated in any type of soil. It is good to cultivate it in July and August i.e. monsoon season. Let us tell that a warm climate is considered most favourable for its cultivation because its plants die in cold weather.

Problems of fruit rot in brinjal crop and control measures

Fruit rot is caused by a fungus called Phytophthora nicotianae.
Symptoms of this disease appear on leaves, stems and fruits. Due to excess moisture, the disease spreads rapidly in brinjal crops.
Due to which watery dry spots start appearing on the fruits, which later gradually spread to other fruits as well.
The upper surface of the fruit affected by this disease becomes brown in color on which white colored fungus develops.
Eventually the fruit breaks off from the plant and falls.

prevention measures

Removal and destruction of the affected fruits.

Biological Management:- As a biological treatment, spray Monas curb (Pseudomonas fluorescens) @ 500 gm/acre, @150 -200 liters of water.

Buy Paddy Transplanter on 50% subsidy, know the process of application

The state government has announced to provide paddy transplanter on subsidy for transplanting paddy. Under this scheme, there is a provision to provide agricultural machinery with different subsidies to all farmers. Under the scheme, 40% to 50% subsidy will be provided on purchasing Paddy Transplanter. Farmers can do more work in less time with the help of this agricultural machine. Explain that the purpose of this scheme the government is to increase the income of the farmers by reducing the cost.

To take advantage of this scheme, farmers can apply online on Bhai e-Krishi Yantra Anudan Portal. OTP i.e. One Time Password will be received on the registered mobile number while filling out the application form. Only after submitting it you will be able to complete the application process. So without wasting time register for this beneficial scheme soon.
