Due to the effect of depression, heavy rains can cause calamity in most parts of Tamil Nadu. People are likely to suffer due to the possibility of floods in many areas. Heavy rain is also expected in South Karnataka including Andhra Pradesh. The weather over North West Central and East India will remain dry and the temperature will continue to drop.

The depression forming in the Bay of Bengal is likely to give heavily to very heavy rains over the coastal parts of Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh including Chennai. There is a risk of flooding and waterlogging in many places. South Karnataka including Bengaluru may also receive heavy rains. The pollution situation in Delhi will remain serious. The weather over the rest of India will remain dry.
