Polyhouse makes a good contribution to modern farming. By its use, the crops get many types of benefits and the farmers are prosperous. In view of this, the government is promoting their use and is giving subsidies to the farmers for its purchase. For this, a scheme is being implemented by the Himachal Pradesh government, which is proving to be a boon for the farmers.
The name of this scheme is Mukhyamantri Nutan Polyhouse Scheme. Under this, the state government is giving 85%subsidy. This means that the farmer will have to pay only 15% of the amount. Along with this, the subsidy is given to the farmers according to the area of the greenhouse.
