In this episode, the Rajasthan government is providing irrigation plants for drip irrigation to the farmers of its state on grant. For this, the state government has given approval to provide irrigation plants to 1.60 lakh farmers. At the same time, subsidy has already been announced for the construction of 9,738 farm pounds and 1,892 diggies. Apart from this, the process of setting up 22,807 solar pumps has also started in the state.

Reduce the electricity bill by half, to know how?
The rising electricity bill with the scorching heat has become a huge problem for the general public. In such situation, the Chhattisgarh government is running the ‘Half Electricity Bill Scheme’. Through this, the people of the state will have to pay only half of the electricity bill. Not only this, up to 30 units of electricity is being given free of cost every month to the people coming below the poverty line under the scheme.
Eligibility to avail the benefits of the scheme
Consumers consuming up to 400 units of electricity will get the benefit of this scheme. If you have a bill of more than 400 units, you will be deprived of this scheme. Apart from this, the benefit of the scheme will be given to those consumers who have paid all their previous outstanding electricity bills.
To pay only 50% of the electricity bill, the consumer must have a proof of domicile, old electricity bill, identity card and Aadhar card. To take advantage of this scheme, you have to apply on the official website.

Monsoon concentrated over central India, there will be heavy rain
The trough of Monsoon has now moved towards Central India, due to which there may be heavy rains in many districts of South Rajasthan, Gujarat including Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh. As the Monsoon Trough is moving towards Central India, light rain and some moderate showers are very likely to occur over Punjab, Haryana, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar and West Bengal during the next two-three days.
