Depression has gone further. Chhattisgarh will receive heavy rains for the next 24 hours. Fair rains are likely over many parts of Delhi, Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand, along with north and east districts of Madhya Pradesh, and central western parts of Uttar Pradesh. Light to moderate rain activities may also start over East Rajasthan. Rains will remain scanty over Bihar, Jharkhand and Odisha. West Bengal will also see light to moderate rain. Monsoon may once again become weak in South India.

Plant your garden on super subsidy ranging from 25 thousand to 1 lakh

Nowadays, the government is taking many new steps with the aim of increasing the income of the farmers. For this, the government is encouraging the cultivation of crops other than traditional crops among the farmers. In this series, the Haryana government is helping the farmers to move forward in the horticulture sector. In this regard, the government is going to give bumper subsidies to the farmers of its area.

The government is giving 50 to 70% subsidy to farmers for planting orchards in one acre of land. If we talk about money, then this subsidy can range from Rs 25,500 to Rs 1.40 lakh. According to the government notification issued in this regard, subsidy will be given according to the fruit plants and the amount of subsidy will be received in three years.

Heavy rain with strong winds is expected in many states

A deep depression has formed over Bangladesh, which will now weaken and come over India as a depression. Under its influence, heavy rains may occur over Orissa, Chhattisgarh, East Madhya Pradesh, Jharkhand, South Bihar and East Uttar Pradesh. Gradually the rain activities will move towards Punjab, Haryana, Delhi and Himachal Pradesh including Uttarakhand. Heavy rains are also expected over North Coastal Andhra Pradesh including Vidarbha and Telangana. Monsoon will remain weak in all other states of South India, light rain is also possible in Rajasthan and Gujarat. The west coast of the country will also see some reduction in rain activities.

This scheme helps farmers in calamities like rain, hailstorm, drought

Due to natural calamities like unseasonal rains, hailstorms, and droughts, the crops of the farmers are often affected. To avoid this, the Central Government started the Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana. With this scheme, farmers can compensate for the loss of their crops. This scheme started in the year 2016, and so far crores of farmers in the country have benefitted.

How to apply?

You can apply for this through the bank and also online. To apply online, fill out the form by visiting the link https://pmfby.gov.in/. For its application, a photo and identity card are required for a PAN card, driving license, voter ID card or Aadhaar card. Apart from this, a document is also required for the address proof, for which the farmer has to show the documents related to farming and the Khasra number. A letter from the Pradhan, Patwari or Sarpanch has to be given for the authenticity of the crop sown. A cancelled check is also to be given so that the claim amount is credited directly to the account.
