From the kitchen to the battlefield, this chili is used

Although, hearing the name of the chilli makes the chib tingly, but there are many such varieties of chillies in the world which are number one in making a person sweat. One of these is ‘Bhoot Jholkia’, which is counted among the world’s hottest chilli varieties. This chili is also known as ghost pepper, ghost chilli and Naga Jholakia.

In India, it is cultivated in the North-Eastern region like Assam, Nagaland and Manipur. The higher the amount of SHU i.e. sharpness of Scoville Heat Unit, the more pungent that chili is. By the way, the SHU level of normal chilies is between 2500 and 5000. On the other hand, the pungency of Bhoot Jholakia chili has been measured at 10,41,427 SHU. Due to this reason, this chili is in great demand all over the world as a spice.

Like the name, it is used to get rid of the sixes of the enemies. It is used not only in food but also in making Weapons. The Tear Smoke Unit of the Border Security Force (BSF) located in Gwalior, Tekanpur uses this chilli to make tear gas shells. This burning sensation in the eye is equal to suffocation. However, it does not cause any physical harm.

Buy Murrah buffalo on 50% subsidy, know many benefits related to the scheme

To promote animal husbandry, the Madhya Pradesh government has announced a grant for buying buffaloes. Under this scheme, a 50% subsidy will be given by the state government for purchasing Murrah buffalo. At the same time, due to the shortage of Murrah species in the state, they will be imported from Haryana.

Under this scheme, only small farmers will be provided two Murrah buffaloes at a subsidy of 50%. In which one buffalo will be given to the pregnant and the other with the child so that the order of getting milk is maintained and the source of income of the farmer is not stopped.

Apart from this, if the buffalo dies within three years, then the buffalo will be given free of cost by the government. Not only this, six months’ grain and fodder will also be given for the buffalo’s diet, so that the farmer does not face any kind of problem.

Sex shared semen will be used to impregnate these buffaloes. Which will only happen to Murrah Bull. Its special thing will be that only female buffaloes will be born from it. Let us tell you that a Murrah buffalo gives 12 to 15 liters of milk daily, which is enough for a small dairy.

Through this scheme, the farmer will get two buffaloes worth 2.5 lakhs only for 62 thousand 500. The purpose of this scheme of the state government is to promote milk production along with helping small farmers financially. According to the state government, this project can start from August.

Appropriate time to use gypsum in the fields

  • Gypsum is a good soil improver, it works to improve alkaline soil.

  • Gypsum is applied to the soil before sowing of the crops. Keep in mind that the field must be deeply ploughed before adding gypsum.

  • Mainly gypsum is used for the reclamation of alkaline soil.

  • By using gypsum, the crop gets calcium 22% and sulfur 18%.

  • Gypsum should not be mixed deeply into the soil

  • Different crops require different amounts of gypsum, so use the quantity of gypsum according to the crop.
