Tomato prices increased after lemon, there was a huge jump in prices

Tomato mandi rates,

The impact of rising inflation is being seen everywhere in the country. Meanwhile, the rising price of tomatoes has added to the difficulties of the common man. After lemon, now there is a steady increase in the price of tomatoes.

Tomato prices have gone up to more than Rs 50 per kg in different parts of the country. If the report is to be believed, the prices of tomatoes in North India can jump by 80 to 100 rupees per kg in the next month.

Suddenly the reason for the rising prices of tomatoes is being told due to the decrease in its yield. In fact, last year farmers suffered a lot in tomatoes. Due to this, the tomato crop was planted less this time. At the same time, due to the scorching heat this year, the tomato crop has also suffered a lot. Due to this, there is a huge increase in the prices of tomatoes due to less production.

Although the increase in the price of tomatoes is affecting the pockets of the common man, the farmers are getting good benefits from it. Due to its huge demand and profits, traders are camping in the areas of Karnal, Kurukshetra and Yamunanagar districts of Haryana. These are the areas where tomato cultivation has taken place this time.

Under this, farmers can now register and sell their produce at support price till June 29. Apart from this, the state government has also increased the registration limit by 10%, so that more and more farmers can take advantage of it.

To sell gram at support price, farmers can register themselves at the purchasing center or E-Mitra center of any district in the state. For this Jan Aadhar card, bank passbook and girdawari will be required. Let us inform that this year gram is being procured at support price of Rs 5230 per quintal. So register soon and take advantage of this scheme.

With Horticulture you can earn good money, Government will give free training

To make farming better and more convenient, the Madhya Pradesh government is running many schemes. In this sequence, the government has made a special announcement to promote horticulture. Under this, gardener training will be given by the government in the state to teach horticulture to the common people.

The objective of this scheme is to encourage farmers to take up cultivation of spices, fruits and flowers, so that people can earn maximum profit through horticulture. Under this scheme, horticulture training program will be started in May 2022. This training will be given to farmers and youth for horticulture.

The government has taken this step under environmental protection. By doing the same type of cultivation for a long time, the fertilizer capacity of the soil starts getting exhausted. In such a situation, cultivating other crops is beneficial for both the soil and the environment.
