The monsoon has now become active. Heavy rains are expected in Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, eastern Rajasthan, eastern Gujarat as well as coastal districts of Maharashtra. The mountains will also receive torrential rains during the next two-three days. Moderate rains are expected in eastern and northeastern India.
