Due to continuous cold winds, a further drop in minimum temperature will be recorded and the outbreak of cold waves will be seen in some places. Cold wave conditions may prevail in some districts of Rajasthan, while in some districts of Madhya Pradesh to Delhi, Uttar Pradesh and Maharashtra, the temperature will remain below 10 degrees. Northeast Monsoon will remain weak and chances of rain over southern states will be very less.
