Under this scheme details of rural residential property will be collected and property cards will be issued to rural people. With the introduction of this scheme, Prime Minister Modi issued his property cards to one lakh people.
Through this scheme, the records of the ownership of the owners of the houses in rural areas will be digitally saved and disputes related to property will be eliminated through this.
The biggest benefit of this scheme will be in taking bank loans to the villagers. This move of the government will pave the way for the villagers to take the loan and use the property as a financial asset for other financial benefits.
