Heavy rains will occur in many areas including Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan

Heavy rains are expected in Madhya Pradesh, North Central Maharashtra, Vidarbha, North Gujarat and South Rajasthan during the next 24 hours. Waterlogging may occur at many places and flood-like situation may arise in some districts. The axis of the monsoon will move towards the plains of the Ganges from July 31. A low pressure area will form in the North West Bay of Bengal, due to its effect the monsoon will become active in Punjab, Haryana, Delhi, North Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand and West Bengal and the rain will intensify.
